I recently part-exchanged my car with Pinewood Autos and couldn't fault them! After seeing a car they had advertised on Auto Trader, I got in touch with them and they were happy to see me the same day. They gave me a very generous price on my car, nothing felt like a hard sell and Martin was friendly, helpful and accommodating!

I would definitely recommend this dealership without a doubt, such a hidden gem! Martin was brilliant at handling everything about my now purchased Polo, taking me on a suitable route around Godstone for a test drive and was just genuinely friendly and really easy going to be with whilst I was checking out and deciding if the Polo was right for me. Really happy with the price too and provided us with a spare wheel as the old one had been taken. Overall absolutely over the moon with the car and quick service for my first car, I will definitely be back in the future!

A friendly low pressure dealership that knows what it's about.
Traded in a Nissan for a Ford, valuation was quick, and the subsequent sales transaction was top shelf.
One downside is the car they sold me is too good, and likely to outlast me so this will be first and last time I'll be able to do business with them.

I bought my Nissan Qashqai a year ago from here. This morning I called to ask for help to find a code to reset my radio after it's MOT had disconnected it. The gentlemen could not have been more help! I was quoted £130 from a Nissan dealer and thought I'd give a call to see if he could help. 10 minutes later I had the code and saved £130!!! Saw the car and bought it.
Again in order for us to pick the car up on Friday Mark offered to collect the wheels that needed refurbishing on his day off.
Carried out some work that needed doing as promised ie service, wheels, and MOT. And in good time.
Arrived to pick the car up on Friday as promised.
Very friendly and welcoming, not pushy and left us alone in our own time to look at the car.

I dont usually write reviews, and I am so pleased with the service provided at Pinewood Autos, I couldnt resist writing this review. I visited Pinewood Autos and met with Neil for Nissan Juke. Although we liked it, there were some issues (dirt under seats etc, missing vol cap etc). Neil readily agreed to get them all fixed along with service, as it wasnt serviced recently. On the day of collection (after making full payment), we noticed door latch was missing, and with no questions asked or resistance, Neil agreed to get it fixed and ordered the missing part. In the meantime, the car exhaust broke and Neil yet again acknowledged the issue immediately and agreed to fix it. On the appointment day, the car was fixed as promised with no hassle or issues whatsoever... I would definitely recommend Pinewood Autos.

Found Pinewood Autos on Autotrader. Looking for a Honda CRV, went to Godstone, met Keith who couldn't have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, I test drove two and settled on a 12 year old red CRV with Honda main dealer service history. Almost a years MOT. The only advisory was the rear tyres, which my garage says will need replacing before winter. All in all, a great experience. I would certainly use them again for a second hand car.

Martin listened carefully to our requirements and found us a perfect match - a used Mercedes C200 with relatively low mileage. A rare experience.
In a pandemic and a fuel crisis; you search the internet and find 2 cars on your wish list, and you have a part exchange, but the cars are 200 miles away so no chance to view them. Pinewood (Neil) responded in exemplary fashion. Nothing was too much trouble. All my queries were dealt with in a very professional and prompt manner. The whole process was very smooth from start to finish. When the cars were delivered they were exactly as described, so well done Pinewood. I've no hesitation in recommending Pinewood Auto's for the prompt, warm and friendly service where the watchword seems to be 'Nothing is too much trouble for our customers'.

Helpful with test drive
Visited on Saturday to test drive a car - best to fully arrange before visiting and i paid a £100 refundable deposit to hold car - Keith set this up and Billy was on site and knew all about the reason for the visit. Very helpful and not pushy and made me feel like I had all the time needed- drove the car on motorway and concluded the 1.4 Diesel just too underpowered. Billy offered me a couple of alternatives and explained the Gold RAC Warranties - should have deposit refunded today and would not hesitate to recommend to others..... I am keeping an eye on their website to see if something suitable comes up as would like to do business with them

I asked Keith to find me a grey Kia Sportage that matched my monthly repayments, and he was able to source the perfect car, which matched my requirements for spec, age & mileage. Viewed a Seat Ibiza 1.6D tourer for me and my partner. Martin, the salesman, was very professional and friendly and allowed time to have a good look around the car in my own time. The car was in very good condition - mechanically and aesthetically - with actual full service history (unlike what most garages call full service history). I arranged to come back with my partner to test drive and check the car practicality for our dog and my use as a triathlete because it was a smaller car than I was originally looking for. All of this was well accommodated. Unfortunately, a change of my circumstances meant we didn't go through with the purchase but I was very satisfied with the service provided and had a good impression of the quality of the cars they had in stock.

I was pleased with the overall experience with Martin being very helpful in helping me choose my replacement car. Although at the top end of my budget, I believe that I have spent my money wisely. Martin was also able to find the parcel shelf that was not there on the day of purchase. I was a bit apprehensive about the relatively new processes for transferring car ownership and taxing but all was well. DART Charge and Oxford Council car parking (had to change from my old car details) was as efficient as the DVLA in refunding tax on my old car. The car drives very well and no doubt I shall learn the more subtle features over the coming days and months. Although a bit muffled, the AM radio also provided good coverage of the Test Match so a digital upgrade can wait a while!

Seeing past reviews , i wasn't too worried in not getting a cup of tea after a long journey, we were welcomed and offered a hot drink as soon as we arrived as a matter of fact.
The car that i came to see was as described, not like other dealers i had gone to. We were not hassled or pressurised in making a decision and were very much left alone to check the vehicle out
The car was a black Audi A3 S-line 2.0 TDI 2004 plate, i was concerned by the high mileage being just over 100,000 but the car was a dream to drive, the engine and the DSG gearbox were faultless. The paintwork was a little dirty but given the bad weather over the past month it was not a problem.( once home ,wash and waxed the paint work was in excellent condition)
I purchased the car there and then using the offered 7 day insurance.
I drove the car home the 56 miles without a hitch. i have now driven just over 950 miles in it and it drives fabulous, i would have no hesitation in recommending this dealer.
If people are not mechanically minded, perhaps they should bring along a person who is, some cars will slip through, but you always take the risk

My wife and I went to look at a car listed in AutoTrader with our two children - aged 4 and 2 - and the staff were very friendly as chaos ensued. They have some nice cars there. The negotiation was reasonable and pleasant enough and a fair price was arrived at and we're *delighted* with the car. The only improvement that could be made from Pinewood was that the car had 2,500 more miles than what we bought it at and 4,500 more than what it was advertised at, but I believe that was sloppy work rather than dishonesty. We've had decent aftercare service as we had a query about our tax disc so overall, I would recommend a visit there but do make sure you consider every negotiating point carefully as the margins are tight for used cars.
